What if I play and/or purchase in more than one Playtika game?
Your entire gameplay activity and purchase history across all participating games is counted towards your Playtika Rewards Status Point balance. That means that SPs from level-ups or purchases across all participating games will be awarded to your Playtika Rewards account.
What is the difference between each Status Level?
In-game benefits and rewards get bigger and better as you progress through Status levels.

Are Playtika Rewards Status Points transferable?
No. Playtika Rewards Status Points are specific to each account and are not transferable to any other account.
What is Playtika Rewards?
Playtika Rewards is our rewarding and fun player loyalty program. Players earn Status Points (SPs) through gameplay and purchases to receive exclusive in-game benefits and rewards. Players are automatically enrolled for free and earn points from their very first game!
How are in-game benefits determined?
Each participating game has its own set of benefits for each Status level. This way, you will receive valuable rewards that are perfectly designed to give the best game experience!
Are Playtika Rewards Status Points redeemable?
No. You cannot redeem or cash out your Playtika Rewards Status Points in any way.
How do I check my Playtika Rewards account and benefits?
To view account info, click on the Playtika Rewards icon located in the lobby of each participating game.
- The Playtika Rewards tab shows: Current Status, Status Point balance, and the amount of Status Points needed to reach the next Status level.
- Tap the “Benefits” button on the bottom of the tab to view in-game benefits, by Status level. For more info, tap the “?” icon.
Do my Status Points expire?
Playtika Rewards is an annual program, meaning your Status Points balance is reset to zero at the beginning of every calendar year (January).*
*With the exception of players whose Status Points were guaranteed, as per previous loyalty program terms.
How long do I keep my Status level for?
Once you reach a Status, it is yours to keep (guaranteed)!*
*With the exception of Black Diamond, which is a special, annual Status level.
How are Playtika Rewards Status Points calculated?
It’s simple. Every level-up and in-game purchase awards you Status Points. Bigger purchases award more Status Points. As you reach higher Status levels, the amount of SPs you earn per purchase also increases.
For example, Silver Status players receive a x2 multiplier on their Status Points, whereas Royal Diamonds receive a x6 multiplier per purchase.
How do I earn Playtika Rewards Status Points (SPs)?
Status Points are earned with every in-game purchase and each in-game level-up.
The higher your Status, the more SPs you will earn per purchase or level-up! Check each participating game’s benefits table for more details.

Your Playtika Rewards Status is based on the number of Status Points earned each year.
Players receive bigger rewards and more exclusive in-game benefits by moving up through all seven levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal Diamond and Black Diamond.
